The Boathouse

Tiny studio apartment with private patio close to the centre of St Just

 The Boathouse studio is set  2 min from the town centre & close to some of Cornwall’s most stunning scenery & coastal path. It is separate from the main house & has its own entrance with a pretty & sunny private courtyard.
The studio has original slate roof & barn doors - it's where the previous owner housed his small boat. Quirkily decorated though small at 18m2. Outside is a loggia & sunny patio area with palm trees & succulents.Dog friendly.

 The double bed is super comfy with quality bedding- essential for a restful break. The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, a hob, microwave/ electric cooker, steamer, kettle etc. 

The compact shower room is situated next to the bed. The loo is private but located on the other side of the courtyard.

Outside, there is a bench under the loggia and a bistro table and chairs on the patio. The courtyard and studio access are private.

The Boathouse is not suitable for disabled access.
If you need extra room to store luggage or to dry clothes etc in a tumble dryer please let us know and we can allow access to the utility room by prior arrangement. Non designated on road parking or free public car park within 5 minutes.
