About Us: David and Fiona have a life long love for wild west Cornwall. Its dramatic beauty, iconic fishing harbour towns, its wealth of art , outstanding local producers from cheese to tea, walks, limitless activities, superb cafes and restaurants, iconic pubs and its extraordinary prehistoric sites. Being dog fanatics this area is a dog paradise. We moved here from Italy 10 years ago and felt immediately at home. People who are drawn to wild west Cornwall share a bond and a natural empathy with this beautiful place. We are experienced home buyers and share a life with house restoration at its centre. How We Work: In simple terms we will meet you either in person or by a video call , discuss your requirements, get to know you and you us, so that we have a clear idea of your vision. We use our netowrk of contacts and local agents and begin the search. Keeping you involved all the way. Most of our clients live along way from Cornwall. We will attend viewings of properties we think fit the brief , collate information , if we think it is worth a visit we will help with arrangements and accompany you to the viewings. We act as your negotiator and middle person throughout the process. We will suggest a reputable solicitor firm and be involved through ou t he buying process to ensure the sale progresses to completion.
