The bedroom has a comfy double bed and a large walkin cupboard. 

On the ground floor from the entrance hall you will find a simple kitchen perfect for preparing simple dishes or reheating a take away. The is an above counter oven with two hobs. A fridge , sink and supply of plates, cutlery, pots and utensils, glasses, cups etc. There is a breakfast bar and stools . The bathroom adjoins the kitchen . It has a bath and handset shower and a separate powerful shower over the bath with a glass screen door. A large basin and wc with a heated towel rail and a beautiful tiled floor plus a radiator complete the room. Stylishly designed , modern with contemporary twists make this lovely apartment a special place to stay. The sitting room is a double aspect room with large sash windows with original shutter. A beautiful view of the local beach and St. Michaels Mount from the street window. There is a sofa bed available , a cot and a camp bed if required . The flat can sleep 3 people . Dogs are welcome if very well behaved.
