A charming one bedroom cottage which is part of an large Georgian   house in Central Penzance. Completely private accommodation designed stylishly offering comfort and cosiness in a central location.

The Mew Cottage is accessed within a private courtyard off a quiet lane minutes walk into Penzance.

With one bedroom and a sofa bed suitable for  a child in the sitting room. 

A well equipped kitchen has a dining table/breakfast bar . With a tall fridge/freezer, gas hob, coffee machine, toaster,, grill, small oven, kettle . 

A lobby area offers space for coats, shoes and dogs who are welcome at the cottage on request only.

There is a dining table and chairs in the lobby .

The bathroom is on the ground floor with a bath and excellent shower over the bath with a shower door. 

Up a short but steep staircase with a large, airy sitting room which has a sea view. Two sofas, coffee table, work table and chair and a smart TV.

The bedroom is opposite the sitting room  with a double bed and large cupboard and a view of the little courtyard.

Wifi , heating and hot water is available within the rate.

An ideal base for a stay in Penzance.

5 mins to the bus and train station. 10 mins walk to the port for the ferry to the Scilly Isles. Penzance has numerous cafes, pubs, bars and places to eat with a variety of very good restaurants. Cinema, Penlee Park open air theatre, Jubilee Pool, Art galleries, beautiful independent shops and boutiques. Longrock beach for swimming, surfing, water sports and dog walking is 10 mins walk.

Places to visit: The Minack Theatre, St. Ives, St. Michaels Mount, Marazion, Sennen Beach, Porthleven, Marazion and Mousehole all easily accessible.
