A king size bed with high quality mattress, pillows and bed linen. With a seating area complete with two arm chairs and glass table. A coffee and tea tray with fresh milk and fresh coffee, biscuits, tea and mint tea. Tv with fire stick and access to Netflix and other channels. Th ebedroom door is lockable by a chub key when you leave the room and lockable within. Fitted carpets and central heating to add to your comfort. Free Wifi. 

 The elegant ensuite bathroom offers an extra  large  bath with constant hot water. with a handset/ powerful shower   with a glass screen. Large basin, WC and heated towel rail . Gowns provided.

Guests have use of the courtyard in the evening during their stay. The enclosed, private  courtyard has tables and chairs and a barbecue.

Ideal for a one nights stay in Penzance.

10 Minutes walk to the Scillonian Ferry to the Isles of Scilly..

5 minute walk to the train and bus station.

Taxi to Minack Theatre.
