 Surrounded by the Sea on three sides, the water becomes an inescapable draw: Wild Swimming, Surfing, Sailing, Fishing, Diving, Gig Rowing, Sea-Kayaking, Coasteering...

Being on the water brings another perspective to the magical place.

On land, there are hundreds of miles of Coastal Paths, Bike Tracks, Bridleways and sunken lanes to explore.

And of course, Beach Yoga.

(although they are blooming good!)

 In recent decades, a return to seasonal, local produce has created a renaissance in the food and drink culture here. 

 Fishermen, Small-holders and Artisans are supplying outstanding produce which a wealth of local chefs are turning into outstanding plates of food.

 The quantity of quality places to eat in West Cornwall is staggering.

 The range of Shellfish and Fish, Cheeses, Ice Creams, Charcuterie, Cakes and locally raised meat is stunning and ofetn found in weekly farmers markets as well as specialistic shops.

 Cider has made a welcome return to form and the Sparkling wines have proved to be world-beaters.  The traditon of excellent ales continues to grow with a rise in craft ales.

For as long as anyone can remember, the uniqueness of Cornwall has inspired people to be become their best selves.

 The dama and the peace of the landscape cannot but help you think in a different way.

 The independent spirit of the Cornish is infectious and one cannot help but begin to think out the box and view the world and your life from a new perspective.
